Your free DirectAdmin licence
A DirectAdmin licence comes with every dedicated server we deliver. You do not pay for it and we do not upsell it.
What you get
A full DirectAdmin licence tied to your server, included for as long as the server runs with us. If you are used to paying a monthly licence fee on top of your hardware elsewhere, that line simply disappears here.
How to get it
Say so when you order, or open a ticket afterwards at support@novogara.com with the IP address of the server. DirectAdmin licences are bound to an address, so that is all we need. You get the licence details back and can run the installer.
Changing the server's main IP later? Let us know, otherwise the licence stops validating.
What it does not change
The server stays unmanaged. The licence is ours to provide; the panel, the updates and everything you run inside it are yours to operate. We do not log into your DirectAdmin, we do not configure it for you, and a problem inside the panel is a DirectAdmin matter rather than a network one.
That is not us dodging: it is the same line that runs through everything here. We keep the machine and the network underneath it running, you keep root.
Prefer something else?
Nothing obliges you to use it. Plenty of customers run plain Linux, a hypervisor, or another panel entirely. The licence is there if you want it and costs you nothing if you do not.
