Remote hands, not a depot
When something needs a pair of hands, ours are in the building. A reseat, a cable swap, a hard power cycle or fitting a part you sent — open a ticket and it happens, day or night, without a third party to schedule.
Colocation in Amsterdam from a single machine upward. You keep the hardware you already trust; we give it power, cooling, an uplink that does not congest and engineers who are in the building.
Tell us how many units you want to place, how much power they draw and what uplink they need. We come back with a price and a date. There is no minimum of a full rack and no pretending that a single machine is not worth our time — plenty of customers start with one and grow into a row.
Ship the hardware or bring it yourself. Either way it is arranged in a ticket first, so your equipment is expected at the loading bay and at your rack the same day. Racking, cabling and labelling we do for you; tell us how you want it and that is how it goes in.
Access to the facility is by appointment and under our instructions — the building is run by others and they are strict about who walks in, which is exactly what you want from the place your hardware sleeps.

Colocation runs on a term of at least one year, paid in advance. Rackspace, power and cross-connects are capacity we commit on your behalf, which is why we do not sell them by the month. Servers we do.
You are responsible for its condition and for insuring it; we are responsible for everything around it. We may refuse equipment that is unsafe or that draws more than the power agreed — see the terms, article 10.
It is, if you already own hardware that works, if your machines are specific enough that renting them makes no sense, or if you want the depreciation on your own balance sheet rather than in a monthly fee. It is also the honest answer when you need something we would otherwise have to buy especially for you.
It is not, if you would rather never touch a screwdriver again. In that case a dedicated server is the same network and the same engineers, with the hardware risk on our side instead of yours.
Not sure? Describe what you have and what it does, and we will tell you straight away which of the two is cheaper for you — including when that is the one we earn less on.
