White-label reselling
If you resell our infrastructure to your own customers, you probably want them to see your brand, not ours. White-label reselling means the hardware is ours and the relationship is yours, end to end.
Reselling works best when your customers experience your business, not a glimpse of ours behind it. White-label means the infrastructure is ours to run and keep alive, while the brand, the billing and the relationship are entirely yours.
What your customers see
Your name, on everything they touch — the panel, the invoices, the support. They are your customers, under your terms. We stay behind the curtain; we do not contact or market to them. See starting as a reseller.
Where support sits
You are the first line for your customers — it is your brand they reach. Behind you, we are your escalation path for anything at the infrastructure layer: hardware, network, the physical side. That two-tier shape is what lets a small reseller offer solid support without running a data-centre floor. See when a ticket is not moving.
Billing is yours
You set your prices and bill your customers; we bill you for the underlying service. The margin and the packaging are your business decisions. See invoices, payment and cancellation and contract lengths.
Automate it with the API
If you provision at any volume, the reseller API lets your own system order, manage and retire services without a human step on our side — see API access for resellers. Your billing system drives ours.
You are the reseller of record
With the relationship comes responsibility: your customers’ conduct is yours to manage, and abuse or legal notices about them come to you to handle — see acceptable use for resellers and abuse notices. Knowing who your customers are is part of that — see identity checks.
Confidentiality where you need it
If you would rather our role not be visible to your customers or in your own paperwork, we can put a confidentiality agreement in place. Ask, and we will keep our part of it quiet.
